To enjoy the spa experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service to allow time for check-in, changing into robe and slippers, if needed, and relaxing in our tranquility room.

While lockers are provided, we suggest leaving valuables at home. NVogue will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, surgeries or pregnancy, as some treatments may be in-advisable based on these conditions.
Late arrivals may experience a reduction in treatment time so that our next guest will not be delayed.

Please remove jewelry before services. Please silence cell phones upon entering the Spa.

Spa guest must be 18 years or older, unless accompanied by an adult, other than yourself if in service. It is not our responsibility to attend to client’s children. All children must be in direct supervision of an adult.

Due to limited availability, we require a 24 hour cancellation in order to avoid being charged the full service fee. We will attempt to re-sell your scheduled services in an effort to avoid charges to you.
